How we work

From the busywork, to proof it’s gone.

Five plain stages. We find the repetitive work eating the week, build something that takes it on, and measure the result against a number you set.

Where it starts

A good chunk of the week disappears into work no one chose to do.

Copying numbers between tabs. Chasing the same approvals. Re-typing what was already typed somewhere else. It rarely shows up on a roadmap, but it shows up every single day. So we start by finding exactly where it hides, then we build something to carry it, and we don’t call it done until the result is measured.

The five stages

Find it. Plan it. Run it.

01

Discover

Find where the hours actually go.

We sit with the people doing the work and watch a real week. We count the volumes, the cycle times, the small repeat tasks that quietly eat the day. Nothing is guessed. Every later claim starts from a number we measured together.

You get · a clear map of the busywork, ranked by what it costs you

02

Design

Turn the worst of it into a plan.

We take the heaviest, most repetitive workflow and write down exactly what a system would do: the steps, the data it touches, where a person stays in the loop, and the one number we will judge it by. Plain enough to read in a meeting.

You get · a written spec for the first system, with the success measure named up front

03

Build & deploy

Put it into the real workflow.

We build to the spec and run it where the work happens, quietly alongside your team first, then in the live flow. It handles real inputs from day one, with monitoring, safe fallbacks, and a person to escalate to when something looks off.

You get · a working system inside your operation, not a slide deck

The part most skip

Then we prove it, and keep going.

04

Prove

Measure it against the number we agreed.

We let it run over a set window and compare it to the baseline from Discover, using the exact measure we named at Design. No moving the goalposts. We report the real result, including the parts where it falls short.

You get · the honest number, and what it means for the week ahead

05

Expand

Take on the next piece of busywork.

With one system proven, we look back at the map and pick what is now worth doing. Work that wasn't ready at the start is often ready once the first system is live. The ground it cleared makes the next thing easier.

You get · an updated map and a plan for the next system

You approve every step. Then it runs.

Each stage is a real deliverable you can see working. You sign off on what gets built before it’s yours.

What we build

It all starts with Discover.

A 30-minute call, then a real look at where your week goes. No pitch. Just where AI would pay off first.
