Who we are

Vurelio (“we”, “us”) is an AI consulting firm. This policy explains what personal data we handle through this website and our engagements, and the rights you have over it. For client project data we process on your behalf, we act as a processor under a separate Data Processing Agreement; this policy covers data for which we are the controller.

What we collect

Contact and booking details you submit (name, work email, company, message, and the call slot you choose).

Application details if you apply to work with us (the information in your submission).

Basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used (aggregate page views and performance). We do not sell personal data.

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries and schedule discovery calls.

To evaluate applications.

To operate, secure, and improve the site.

To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Legal bases (GDPR)

We rely on your consent (where given), our legitimate interests in running and improving the business, the steps necessary to enter into or perform a contract, and compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing and sub-processors

We share data only with vetted service providers that help us operate (for example hosting, email delivery, and scheduling), under contracts that require appropriate protection. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

International transfers

Where data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymize it.

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, and review them regularly.
