What we do
Vurelio provides AI consulting: discovery, then building, deploying, and proving custom AI systems. Information on this site is general and is not an offer or a guarantee of results.
Engagements
Any actual project is governed by a separate signed agreement (a statement of work). Where that agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement controls. Work proceeds in milestones, each approved before the next begins.
Intellectual property
This site and its content are owned by Vurelio. Ownership of work product created during an engagement is assigned as set out in the relevant signed agreement.
Confidentiality
Information exchanged in evaluating or running an engagement is treated as confidential by both sides, as detailed in the signed agreement or a separate NDA.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.
Disclaimers
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vurelio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Liability under an engagement is set out in the signed agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in our engagement agreement. Disputes are handled as set out there.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here with a new date.
